At the beginning of state establishment, new big space public
buildings are filled in Beijing which is caused by the single-center
plan (means following the old center of Beijing as the capital of the
new state). These new buildings are harmful to Hutong and the old
city. Therefore,whether there is a solution that can not only meet
the big building needs for Beijing but also is reasonable to the space
and features for the old city?
